Ecolos, féministes, queer, antiracistes, syndicats,... nous décidons de **faire front commun**. Cette alliance est pour beaucoup d'entre nous inédite, et nos modes de fonctionnement et d'action varient - nous comptons sur **une tolérance et une bienveillance mutuelle**. Le **consensus d'action sert de terrain commun** *(voir ci-après)* entre les organisations et les militant.es présent.es, qui s'engagent à le respecter. \- Compte tenu de cette large coalition, aucune communication n'est prévue réunissant l'intégralité des noms ou logos des organisations présentes de façon exhaustive. Tout élément de langage et **tout visuel produit peut être réutilisé par votre organisation** en y appliquant sa charte graphique et son logo, dans le respect de l'intention et du consensus d'action, dès lors que **votre organisation ne se présente pas comme organisatrice** de cette action. *A titre d'exemple : pour un affichage pour l'action porté par l'organisation A, celle-ci pourra tout à fait faire figurer son logo en bas de l'affiche. Le QR code, et le lien d'inscription sont immuables.* \- **Les partis politiques ne sont pas invités en tant qu'organisations**. Ce choix s'explique par le calendrier électoral, à quelques jours des élections, pour éviter toute récupération. Les militant.es/élu.es sont les bienvenu.es, et personne ne les empêchera d'afficher leurs couleurs en portant badges, vêtements ou autres, dans le respect du consensus d'action. **Aucun prosélytisme** ne sera en revanche toléré. \- Quelle que soit la situation d'ici le 24 mai, et le jour J, **notre priorité commune demeure la sécurité des militant.es** - chacune de nos décisions serons prises avec cet objectif en tête. \- **Nous garantissons une assistance juridique et un suivi personnalisé** à chaque militant.e de chaque orga, dans le respect du consensus d'action. Ce suivi pourra être rediscuté avec votre orga. \- Nous le réaffirmons pour le cadre interorga : **aucun comportement oppressif ne sera toléré**, ce particulièrement à l'égard des femmes et des minorités de genre. \- Nous avons conscience que toutes les organisations présentes n'ont pas une culture du formulaire. **Nous respectons chaque culture militante et proposons des alternatives** ci-après. Dans la mesure du possible et pour avoir un rôle au lancement de l'action, le formulaire est toutefois à privilégier. \- **Les données de vos militant.es sont en sécurité** : les outils d'XR sont auto-hébergés sur un serveur sécurisé, et une équipe très limitée et triée sur le volet est seule à y avoir accès. Nous nous engageons à supprimer ces données dans leur intégralité à l'issue de l'action. \- Nous valorisons **l'autonomie et la prise d'initiative**. **Chaque organisation est libre et invitée à se saisir de ce document et de l'action**, afin d'aller d'elle même mobiliser ses contacts, militant.es et orgas, en France et à l'International. L'équipe est super enthousiasmée de parvenir à faire de cette action un vrai moment de front commun et surtout un succès - et **c'est grâce à votre présence que ce sera possible !** ## ## Infos sur l'action ### Participer à l'action Afin de permettre au plus grand nombre de participer, plusieurs manières de participer à l'action (sur place) ont été envisagées. **Le formulaire -** [extinctionrebellion.fr/liquidationtotal](https://extinctionrebellion.fr/liquidationtotal) Dans l'idéal, le mieux reste de s'inscrire via le formulaire : celui-ci nous permet d'avoir un suivi du nombre attendu, de répondre aux besoins spécifiques des personnes *(par exemple en situation de handicap)*, mais surtout d'assigner les rôles que les militant.es occuperont au lancement de l'action. Ces rôles ont une importance vitale pour permettre le bon déploiement de la mobilisation, et faire de l'action un succès. Les données des inscrit.es sont auto-hébergées par XR sur un serveur sécurisé, et seront effacées intégralement à l'issue de la mobilisation. *Seules les personnes inscrit.es auront un rôle au lancement de l'action, mais des rôles pourront être attribués sur place aux personnes non-inscrites.* **Passer par télégram -** [t.me/carnage\_total ](http://t.me/carnage_total) Manière la moins contraignante de rejoindre l'action, le lieu où converger sera donné sur la boucle au moment de lancement de l'action - les militant.es pourront rejoindre le site par leur propre moyen. En fonction de leur localisation en IdF, il faudra plus ou moins de temps pour le trajet ce qui implique de manquer une partie de l'installation. Il pourra être recommandé de se tenir prêt.e dans un lieu central (ie Chatelet, une gare,...) **Venue groupée sur l'action** Si ces deux possibilités ne conviennent pas et que vous souhaitez venir en groupe important, une alternative est de constituer ce groupe de votre côté en autonomie, et de désigner une personne-contact (ou deux) qui fera le lien avec l'équipe de coordination. De là plusieurs possibilités : \- la personne-contact s'inscrit via le formulaire pour tout le groupe, et indique en "commentaire" à la fin qu'elle fait le lien pour un groupe, en indiquant approximativement la taille du groupe. \- la personne-contact écrit à la coordo à La coordo verra avec vous pour qu'une personne emmène le groupe sur la cible. ### L'action le jour J L'action est conçue pour permettre la participation d'un maximum de monde. Plusieurs espaces sont envisagés : \- un espace massif, inclusif et festif, à risques juridiques faibles. \- un espace séparé plus désobéissant, toujours dans le respect du consensus d'action. Cet espace massif sera conçu comme un grand village alternatif, incluant stands en tous genres, espaces d'AGs et d'agora pour les prises de parole, musiques, formations et ateliers, animations,... Chaque organisation peut tout à fait proposer une animation, une formation, un atelier ou autre, et pourra poser tout stand sur place (partage de livres, crêpes, expo-photo,... etc) en autonomie. Sur la partie logistique, vous avez la possibilité de gérer ça en autonomie ou de solliciter la coordo pour un appui ou une prise en charge à Sur l'action nous faisons le choix de privilégier la parole des populations affectées par les projets fossiles et des scientifiques spécialistes du sujet, aussi les espaces d'AGs et d'agora sont ceux qui seront privilégiés pour les prises de parole des orgas présentes et des militant.es. ### Le Weekend d'actions
L'action Liquidation Total s'inscrit dans un weekend de mobilisation qui peut motiver vos militant.es :

Environmentalists, feminists, queers, anti-racists, trade unions... **we decide to join forces**. For many of us, this alliance is unprecedented, and our modes of operation and action vary - we're counting on **mutual tolerance and goodwill**. **The consensus on action serves as common ground** (see below) between the organisations and activists present, who undertake to respect it. \- In view of this broad coalition, no communication is planned that brings together all the names or logos of the organisations present in an exhaustive manner. Any element of language and **any visual produced can be reused by your organisation** by applying its graphic charter and its logo, while respecting the intention and consensus of the action, as long as **your organisation does not present itself as the organiser** of this action. *By way of example: for a posting action organised by organisation A, it would be perfectly acceptable for its logo to appear at the bottom of the posters. The QR code and the registration link are however immutable.* \- **Political parties are not invited as organisations**. This choice is explained by the electoral calendar, with just a few days to go before the elections, to avoid any misappropriation. Activists and elected representatives are welcome to attend, and no one will prevent them from displaying their colours by wearing badges, clothing or other items, in keeping with the consensus on action. However, **proselytising will not be tolerated**. \- Whatever the situation between now and 24 May, and on the day of the action, **our common priority remains the safety of activists** - every decision we take will be taken with this objective in mind. \- **We guarantee legal assistance and personalised follow-up** for every activist in every orga, while respecting the consensus on action. This follow-up can be discussed again with your organisation. \- For the inter-organisational framework, we reaffirm that **oppressive behaviour will not be tolerated**, particularly towards women and gender minorities. \- We are aware that not all the organisations present have the same from-submission culture. **We respect each activist culture and propose alternatives** below. As far as possible, however, and in order to play a part in launching the action, the form should be preferred. \- **Your activists' data is secure**: XR's tools are self-hosted on a secure server, and only a very limited, hand-picked team has access to them. We undertake to delete this data in its entirety at the end of the action. \- We value **autonomy and initiative**. **Each organisation is free to use this document and the tools for the action** to mobilise its contacts, activists and orgas, in France and internationally. The team is very enthusiastic about making this action a real moment of common front and above all a success - and **it's thanks to your presence that it will be possible!** ## Info on the action ### Taking part in the action To enable as many people as possible to take part in the action, several ways of enlist have been proposed. **The form -** [extinctionrebellion.fr/liquidationtotal](https://extinctionrebellion.fr/liquidationtotal) Ideally, the best way to register is via the form: this will enable us to keep track of the numbers expected, to respond to the specific needs of people (e.g. with disabilities), and above all to assign the roles that the activists will occupy at the launch of the action. These roles are of vital importance in ensuring that the mobilisation goes smoothly and that the action is a success. XR will store the data of registered activists on a secure server, and it will be completely erased at the end of the action. **The form also allows us to provide accomodation for foreign activists.** *Only people who have registered will have a role at the start of the action, but roles can be assigned on the spot to people who have not registered.* **By the app telegram -** [t.me/carnage\_total](http://t.me/carnage_total) The least restrictive way of joining the action, the place where to converge will be given on the loop when the action is launched - activists will be able to reach the site by their own means. Depending on their location in Paris, they will need more or less time for the journey, which means missing part of the installation. It may be advisable to be ready in a central location (e.g. Chatelet, a trainstation, etc.). **Coming with a group to the action** If these two options don't work and you want to come in a large group, an alternative is to set up the group on your own and designate a contact person (or two) who will liaise with the coordination team. There are several possibilities: \- the contact person registers via the form for the whole group, and indicates in a "comment" at the end that he or she is the link for one group, giving the approximate size of the group. \- the contact person writes to the coordinator at The coordinator will arrange with you for someone to take the group to the target. ### The day of the action The action is designed to enable as many people as possible to take part. Several areas are envisaged: \- a massive, inclusive and festive space, with low legal risks. \- a separate, more disobedient space, always respecting the consensus of the action. This massive space will be designed as a large alternative village, including stalls of all kinds, AGM and agora spaces for taking the floor, music, training and workshops, entertainment, etc. Each organisation can propose an event, training course, workshop or other activity, and will be able to set up any stand on site (book sharing, pancakes, photo exhibition, etc.) independently.
